2. Use License

Upon enrolment, you are granted a personal, non-transferable licence to access and view course materials for your own personal, non-commercial use only during your 12-month access period. Under this licence you may not:

  • Share your login credentials or provide access to any third party
  • Attempt to download, record, or extract video content by any means
  • Remove any copyright or proprietary notices from materials
  • Transfer or resell access to another person

3. Intellectual Property

All course content — including video lectures, written materials, exercises, frameworks, methodologies, the course name "Architecture of Thinking / Архитектура Мышления", and all visual materials — is the exclusive intellectual property of Irina Willems. Nothing in these Terms transfers ownership of any intellectual property to you.

You may not reproduce, republish, translate, or create derivative works from any course content without prior written permission.

4. Social Media

You are welcome to share your personal experience of the course on social media. When doing so, please tag Irina Willems using her official account on the relevant platform. You may not reproduce, quote at length, or share screenshots of course content publicly. By tagging Irina Willems in course-related posts, you grant her permission to reshare your content with credit to you.

5. Disclaimer

Course materials are provided for educational purposes only. This course is not a substitute for professional psychological, psychiatric, or medical advice. No specific outcome is guaranteed. Results depend on individual effort, consistency, and personal circumstances.

6. Refunds

Refund requests are subject to our Refund Policy. Refunds may be requested within 7 days of purchase provided no more than 2 modules have been accessed and no consultation has taken place. Approved refunds are processed within 7 banking days. All refund requests must be submitted in writing to course@willemsirina.com.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Irina Willems shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of or inability to access course materials, including loss of data, loss of income, or business interruption.

8. Violations & Consequences

Violation of these Terms — including unauthorised sharing, downloading, or reproduction of course content — may result in immediate revocation of access without refund and legal action under applicable intellectual property law. Irina Willems reserves the right to pursue legal remedies in any jurisdiction where a violation occurs.
