Ownership of content
All content within the Architecture of Thinking course is the exclusive intellectual property of Irina Willems. This includes without limitation:
- Video lectures and audio recordings
- Written materials, workbooks, and homework assignments
- Frameworks, methodologies, and models
- Course structure, module sequence, and titles
- Visual materials, graphics, and presentations
- The course name "Architecture of Thinking / Архитектура Мышления"
- All derivative content created for or within this course
What you are permitted to do
Upon enrolment, you receive a personal, non-transferable licence to access and view course materials for your own private, non-commercial use only during your 12-month access period.
You are permitted to:
- Watch and re-watch video content within the platform
- Complete homework assignments for your personal development
- Take personal notes for your own private use
- Share your personal experience of the course on social media — with credit
What is strictly prohibited
The following actions are strictly prohibited and constitute a violation of intellectual property law:
- Downloading, recording, or capturing any video or audio content by any means
- Screenshotting or photographing course materials and sharing them publicly without mentioning Irina Willems
- Reproducing, copying, or republishing any written materials in any format
- Sharing your login credentials with any other person
- Reselling, gifting, or transferring your access to another person
- Using any course framework, methodology, or model in your own commercial products or services without written permission
- Translating or adapting course content into any other language without written permission
- Using course content in any AI training dataset or automated system
Social media and public sharing
You are welcome and encouraged to share your personal experience of the course on social media. However the following rules apply:
- You may share your own personal reflections, insights, and results
- You may tag Irina Willems - this is welcomed and appreciated
- You may not reproduce, quote at length, or paraphrase specific course content, frameworks, or exercises in public posts
- You may not share screenshots or photographs of course materials, slides, or video content
- Any public mention of the course must clearly attribute authorship to Irina Willems
In simple terms: share your experience and tag us, but the content itself stays inside the course.
Consequences of violation
Violation of these terms may result in:
- Immediate revocation of course access without refund
- Legal action under applicable intellectual property and copyright law
- A claim for damages including lost revenue and legal costs
Irina Willems reserves the right to pursue legal remedies in any jurisdiction where a violation occurs, including but not limited to the laws of Monaco and the European Union.
Use of your social media content
If you tag Irina Willems in a post about your course experience, you grant Irina Willems a non-exclusive, royalty-free licence to reshare, repost, or feature your content on her social media channels and website, with credit to you. If you do not wish your content to be reshared, please state this clearly in your post or send a message directly.
Permission requests
If you wish to reference, quote, or use any course material beyond what is permitted above — for example in a blog post, podcast, presentation, or professional training — you must obtain written permission in advance.
