We have put significant effort into creating a high-quality, evidence-based course. We stand behind the value of this material and want every student to have a positive experience.
Eligibility for a refund
You may request a full refund within 7 days of purchase, provided that:
- You have not completed more than 2 modules of the course
- You have not downloaded any course materials
- You have not attended or used your individual consultation (VIP level)
If any of the above conditions have been met, the purchase is considered used and is no longer eligible for a refund.
How to request a refund
Send an email to course@willemsirina.com with the subject line "Refund Request" and include:
- Your full name
- Date of purchase
- Reason for the request
We will review your request and respond within 3 business days.
Processing time
Approved refunds are processed within 7 banking days from the date of approval. The refund will be returned to the original payment method used at purchase.
No results guarantee
The results of applying course material vary by individual and depend entirely on personal effort, consistency of practice, and individual circumstances. This course provides educational content and frameworks, not a guarantee of any specific outcome. By enrolling, you acknowledge that results are not guaranteed and are your personal responsibility.
Non-refundable situations
The following are not eligible for refund under any circumstances:
- Requests submitted after 7 days of purchase
- Courses where more than 2 modules have been accessed
- Individual consultations that have already taken place
- Purchases made during promotional or discounted periods where terms were stated at checkout

Verbal or social media requests will not be processed.
