Transformation Through Thinking is an authored educational space founded by Irina Willems, an executive coach with international ICF PCC accreditation and a member of the Forbes Coaches Council.
The school explores how the mind works under pressure, how attention and energy can be managed consciously, and how inner systems are built not through motivation, but through structure.
Each course is built as a system, not as a collection of techniques. Material draws on contemporary research in neuroscience and behavioural psychology — programmes from Harvard, Cambridge, Yale, UC Berkeley and other leading universities — integrated through a decade of practice and original frameworks.
A system, not a technique
The school's approach rests on a simple premise: lasting change does not come from willpower or motivation. It comes from architecture — the underlying system through which thinking, attention and emotion operate.
Each course is structured as a progression. Not a list of insights, but a sequence in which understanding becomes practice, practice becomes skill, and skill becomes a working internal system that can be returned to over time.
Cognitive architecture.
Understanding how the mind constructs perception, attention and reaction — and how this construction can be observed and reshaped.
Energy and resource.
Recognising the four kinds of energy (physical, emotional, mental, meaning-based), where they leak, and how they restore.
Presence and navigation.
Building the capacity to act from a centred state rather than from impulse — across pressure, complexity and uncertainty.
Communication and influence.
Translating inner clarity into precise, ethical communication — in agreements, in difficult conversations, in leadership.
About the founder
Irina Willems is an executive coach with international ICF PCC accreditation and a member of the Forbes Coaches Council. Based in Monaco, she works with executives, founders and senior professionals operating under sustained complexity — where what matters is not motivation, but inner architecture.
Her work draws on continuing study in neuroscience and behavioural science at Harvard, Cambridge, Yale, UC Berkeley and other leading institutions, combined with over a decade of coaching practice and original methodological frameworks.
Transformation Through Thinking is the umbrella for her authored work — a method that integrates neuroscience, psychology and conscious practice into systems applicable to real life under real pressure.
